Our Tendring u3a walking group had the pleasure of meeting Tracey Howe walking between Clacton & Frinton...she is currently walking 5,000 miles around the coast of Great Britain raising money for various charities...she left Glasgow on November 1st 2024 and is now over half way on her long journey.
